We receive your name, email address, message and, if provided, telephone number and company details. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential business documents through this form.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess potential opportunities and manage relevant correspondence. Our basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries; where relevant, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering an agreement. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information for delivery and security. Form submissions are sent to FormSubmit, which processes and forwards them to our email inbox. Its documentation states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Security checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process information outside the UK, under their applicable arrangements. You may email us directly instead of using the form.

Retention and access

Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the discussion, maintain appropriate business records or meet applicable obligations.
